HOUSTON  -- July 9, 2014 -- KBR, Inc. (NYSE:KBR) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of eight cents($0.08) per share on the Company's common stock to be paid on October 15, 2014, to stockholders of record on September 15, 2014.
