(Nasdaq:CPTA) (the "Company") today announced that it has priced a registered public offering of $100 million in aggregate principal amount of Notes due 2021 (the "Notes"). The Notes will mature on June 16, 2021, and may be redeemed in whole or in part at any time or from time to time at the Company's option on or after June 16, 2017. The Notes will bear interest at a rate of 7.125% per year payable quarterly on March 16, June 16, September 16 and December 16 of each year, beginning September 16, 2014. The Company also granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional $15 million in aggregate principal amount of Notes. The Notes have been approved for listing on the New York Stock Exchange and the Company expects trading to commence thereon within 30 days of the original issue date under the trading symbol "CLA."
