What is RSS and How Does it Work?
RSS (Really Simple Syndication) is an XML-based format that allows you to conveniently view content from multiple web sites and other online content through the use of a program known as a "news aggregator" or "reader."
To subscribe to an RSS feed, all you need to do is click on the feed link you want, which is usually marked by an orange "RSS" or "XML" button. Your newsreader will automatically save the feed. You can also cut and paste the feed URL into your reader directly. When there is an update, the reader will automatically access the content link and display it.
