Greifeld will deliver a Keynote Address at the Investment Company Institute's 2005 Equity Markets Conference. Greifeld will discuss changes in the securities markets as seen from NASDAQ's perspective. Greifeld will discuss i ncreased competition between the U.S. and global capital markets, the environment for today's public companies and how NASDAQ is poised for global competition in the 21st century.
Concannon will participate in a panel discussion about the Securities and Exchange Commission's (SEC) Regulation National Market System (NMS), the New York Stock Exchange's (NYSE) hybrid proposal and the implication these developments may have for investors.
