New York, N.Y. and Maynard, MA — The Nasdaq Stock Market, Inc. (“NASDAQ®”; OTCBB: NDAQ) announced today that it has reached an agreement with Shareholder.com to provide NASDAQ listed companies with access to Shareholder.com's suite of shareholder communications services through the NASDAQ Corporate Services NetworkSM.
