NASDAQ Announces Changes to its Representation on
the NASDAQ Deutschland Supervisory Board
NEW
YORK, N.Y.The NASDAQ Stock Market, Inc. today announced
changes to its representation on the NASDAQ Deutschland Supervisory
Board. At a meeting of shareholders held on 17th July, David Warren,
Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, joined the
Board and replaced John Hilley, who has decided to leave NASDAQ
at the end of July to pursue other professional opportunities.
Christopher
Concannon, Executive Vice President, also joined the Board, following
Rick Ketchum's departure in June.
At
a meeting of the NASDAQ Deutschland Supervisory Board on 21st July,
David Warren was appointed Chairman
