Cross Country, Inc. Lists on Nasdaq
Second IPO in U.S. This Quarter

New York, NY—The Nasdaq Stock Market® today announced that Cross Country, Inc., has commenced trading under the Nasdaq symbol CCRN. Cross Country is the second company to initiate an initial public offering in the U.S. this quarter.

Cross Country, which is headquartered in Boca Raton, Florida, is a leading provider of healthcare staffing services in the United States. The company offers a variety of services including travel nurse, clinical research and allied healthcare staffing, as well as search and recruitment, consulting, education and resource management services. Cross Country joins Given Imaging, Ltd., which began trading on the Nasdaq market earlier this month, as the first two initial public offerings in the U.S. since August 14.
