Definition:

Value of a security displayed, or flashed across the tape, when the tape display cannot keep up with volume on an exchange and lags the current price by more than approximately five minutes.

Ratio Strategy

A strategy in which one has an unequal number of long secruities and short sercurities. Normally, it implies a preponderance of short options over either long options or long stock.
