 Previous $ 82.3 B

Highlights
Foreign purchases of long-term U.S. securities totaled a net $68.4 billion in November vs. $85.3 billion in October. November's level is strong and roughly $10 billion higher than the nation's trade deficit. Foreign demand for U.S. corporate bonds remains especially robust, with demand for Treasuries and Federal agency debt steady. Demand for U.S. equities remained soft. The data will likely prove a positive for both the bond market and for the dollar.
