Highlights
State Street's confidence index for institutional investors fell slightly to 57.0 in November. Confidence among North American investors was little changed, while confidence among Asian and especially European investors slipped. The report stressed the positive, saying the results, especially the steady North American reading, provide "a measure of relief."
