Highlights
Lower gasoline prices are not giving store sales a lift, according to ICSC-Goldman's tally that shows a thin 0.3 percent week-to-week rise in the Nov. 15 for a contractionary year-on-year rate of -0.1 percent. The report said rising unemployment is more than offsetting gas prices, pointing to what it said are weak results for the month of November. Redbook is up next.
