ICSC-UBS's same-store sales report is downbeat for the May 31 week, showing a 0.8 percent week-on-week decline for a very weak 1.2 percent year-on-year rate. The report said there is little evidence that tax rebates are helping spending. Redbook is up at 8:55 a.m. ET. Chain stores will report their results on Thursday while vehicle sales, which are not tracked by ICSC-UBS or Redbook, will be posted through this session.
