Highlights
ICSC-UBS reports no better than mixed results for the start to the holiday shopping season. ICSC-UBS's weekly tally slipped 0.1 percent though year-on-year growth improved 3 tenths to a still thin 2.5 percent. The report sees no better than 2.5 percent growth for the full month of November. Chain stores will report November sales a week from Thursday. Redbook's take on Black Friday follows later this morning.
