Highlights
Colder weather boosted demand for seasonal apparel in the Nov. 10 week, pushing year-on-year same-store sales growth 3 tenths higher to 2.7 percent for the strongest ICSC-UBS reading since late September. Despite the gain, the week-on-week rate fell 0.5 percent. The report was upbeat and pegs full month sales for November at a mild but respectable 2.5 percent.
