U.S. BONDS: Pfizer, Prudential, GE Capital Seen Offering Mix of Debt - Action Economics
The U.S. corporate bond calendar picks up this week, reports Action Economics.
Prudential Financial ( PRU ) is selling $1 billion in 10- and 30-year paper.
GE Capital, the finance arm of General Electric ( GE ), is selling benchmark 3-year FRN and 10-year notes.
Continental Resources ( CLR ) has a benchmark 10- and 30-year offering.
Also: Barclays (BCS) announced a benchmark 10-year senior note. Florida Power and Light (FPL) is offering $500 million in 10-years. And there is a 5-year note deal from Tokyo Met.
Just over $21 billion in investment grade issues priced last week to bring the month's issuance to just over $25 billion, with the year-to-date total at $559 billion.
