Telecom service provider Goodman Networks files for a $100 million IPO
Goodman Networks, which provides network infrastructure services to the wireless telecommunications industry, filed on Friday with the SEC to raise up to $100 million in an initial public offering. The Plano, TX-based company, which was founded in 2000 and booked $1.1 billion in sales for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2013, plans to list on the NASDAQ under the symbol GNET. Goodman Networks initially filed confidentially on February 14, 2014. BofA Merrill Lynch and Jefferies are the joint bookrunners on the deal. No pricing terms were disclosed.
