Professional Diversity Network prices IPO at $8, below the range

Professional Diversity Network, which provides online networking and job postings for 2 million minorities in the US, raised $21 million by offering 2.6 million shares at $8, below the range of $10 to $12. Professional Diversity Network plans to list on the NASDAQ under the symbol IPDN. Aegis Capital acted as the sole bookrunner on the deal.
