NVR Opens Misthaven Twin Model Home - Analyst Blog

One of the leading home building and mortgage banking companies in the United States, NVR, Inc. ( NVR ) unveiled the Misthaven luxury twin model home at Penrose Walk in Warrington, Pa. Built under NVR's NVHomes division, the community comes under Central Bucks South School District.

The Misthaven model home accommodates up to 4 bedrooms, which includes an owner's suite with a walk-in closet, up to 3.5 baths, a formal dining room and a 2-car garage. The owner's suite offers an optional tray ceiling, a large bath with a soaking tub, a separate shower and a double bowl vanity.

Misthaven model homes are ENERGY STAR certified and carry 10 years structural warranty. The residents can therefore save up to 30% on monthly utility bills.

The rising demand for new homes has led to a favorable situation in the housing market, where inventory levels are dropping and prices are moving up. Therefore adequate product introduction is necessary in order to maintain the required level of inventory to meet the growing demand for homes. With frequent introduction of products, NVR will be able to capitalize on the improving markets.  

On May 30, NVR had unveiled its new series of luxury homes in Withrow Downs under its Ryan Homes division. The community has 25 new home sites, located in close proximity to some of North Carolina's top universities.
