Mobile app Viggle sets terms for $50 million NASDAQ listing
Viggle, a mobile app that rewards viewers for watching their
favorite shows, announced terms for NASDAQ listing on Monday. The
New York, NY-based company, which currently trades on the OTC
market under the ticker VGGL, plans to list on the NASDAQ and
raise $50 million by offering 2.1 million shares at $23.50 per
share. At the proposed share price, Viggle would command a market
value of $270 million.
Viggle, which was founded in 2012 and booked $17 million in sales for the year ended December 31, 2013, plans to list on the NASDAQ under the symbol VGGL. Ladenburg Thalmann & Co. is the sole bookrunner on the deal.
