Largest option trades in equities
Nearing the halfway mark in today's session, here are the
individual equity names with the most call and put buying on
optionMONSTER's ActionTracker data system.
Procera Networks (PKT): some 3,800 December 15 calls traded, mostly for $0.50 and $0.55, as investors look for upside in the maker of networking software. PKT rose 2.01 percent to $15.24.
LyondellBasell Industries (LYB): Some 2,000 December 77.50 calls were bought for $2.40 against open interest and an equal number of January 80 calls was sold for $1.80. It appears that an existing short position was closed and rolled higher, giving the investor time to make more money on the chemical stock. LYB rose 0.79 percent to $79.19.
Cameco (CCJ): Almost 3,500 December 20 calls were purchased, mostly for $0.40, as investors look for the uranium stock to rally. CCJ rose 1.57 percent to $19.38.
