Emerging market Volatility is too cheap to ignore

 I'm buying emerging market volatility.

• 8.85 100 day volatility is lowest since august 1997, or put another way, back before we knew what the word crisis really meant and iShares MSCI Emerging Markets Index Fund ( EEM , quote ) breaks through 20 day moving average as 50 day moving average about to crossover to the upside.   Emerging market has lagged domestic markets badly for 6 weeks.
