E2open prices at $15, low end of the range

E2open, which provides on-demand supply chain management software to large enterprises, priced its 4.7 million share offering at $15, the low end of the $15-$17 range. BofA Merrill Lynch was the bookrunner on the deal, which is expected to trade on the NASDAQ under the ticker "EOPN".
