Canada International Reserves Up $395 Million in Week Ended Feb 23

Canada's official international reserves rose $395 million in the week ended Feb. 23, the Bank of Canada reported on
its website.
At Feb. 23, the official international reserves totaled $69.327 billion, compared with $68.932 billion at Feb. 15.
The reserves included:
-U.S. dollars, $36.898 billion;
-other foreign currencies, $19.220 billion;
-gold, $170 million;
-special drawing rights, $8.636 billion;
-reserve position in the International Monetary Fund, $4.403 billion.
All reserve figures are reported in U.S. funds.
