ADB Official: Authorities Must Ensure Asian Recovery Remains
Strong
AHMEDABAD -(Dow Jones)- Asian economies appear to be on the mend, but it may
be too soon to begin unwinding the stimulus measures that helped cushion the
blow from the global financial crisis, a senior official at the Asian
Development Bank said Friday.
"The recovery appears to be in sight. The challenge now is to ensure that this
recovery remains strong and sustainable," ADB managing director-general, Rajat
M. Nag, said at a conference.
