Indonesia Government Delays Perumahan IPO TO 1Q Next Year -
Minister
JAKARTA -(Dow Jones)- The Indonesian government has decided to delay a plan to
sell up to 30% of property company PT Pembangunan Perumahan, or PP, to the first
quarter of 2010 from December, pending the completion of legal documents, a
minister said Thursday.
"We can sell the stake in PP in the first quarter of 2010," State-Enterprise
Minister Mustafa Abubakar told reporters.
PP has named PT Danareksa Sekuritas and PT DBS Securities Indonesia to advise
on the IPO.
Abubakar said that the government still plans to sell stakes in steel maker PT
Krakatau Steel, flag carrier PT Garuda Indonesia and plantation concern PT PTPN
III through initial public offerings next year.
