Brazil's Alupar To Begin Road Show For Debenture Issue Wednesday
SAO PAULO -(Dow Jones)- Brazil's Alupar Investimento S.A. will begin a road
show for potential debenture investors Wednesday, it said in a statement.
The company will promote a non-convertible debenture issue of 250 million
Brazilian reals ($144 million). The presentation to investors will run until
Nov. 27, it said.
The energy company said the debentures will be issued through two series.
Banco Itau BBA is the lead coordinator of the operation.
Ampla said it could offer an extra lot of debentures if there is sufficient
demand. The issue was rated at "Aa3.br" by Moody's and at "A(bra)" by Fitch
Ratings.
