Taipei Fubon Branch In Vietnam Gets OK To Provide Forex Services
HANOI -(Dow Jones)- The State Bank of Vietnam, the country's central bank,
said Tuesday it has allowed Taipei Fubon Bank's branch in Ho Chi Minh City to
provide foreign exchange services in the domestic market.
The branch will be permitted to provide a wide range of foreign exchange
services to clients, including raising and lending funds, transmitting funds,
and underwriting and managing foreign exchange assets, the central bank said in
a statement.
