Commissioner: FHA Not Facing Same Woes As Fannie, Freddie - AP
Concerns that the Federal Housing Administration is headed for the same
financial trouble that snared Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and the subprime sector
are unwarranted, the AP reported Commissioner David Stevens as saying Saturday.
Stevens made the remarks during a speech at the National Association of
Realtors' annual conference and expo in San Diego, the AP reported.
