Vietnam Government Says Finland's Prime Minister To Visit Nov 15 17HANOI -(Dow Jones)- Finland's Prime Minister Matti Vanhanen will visit Vietnam from Nov. 15 to 17 to boost economic ties, the Vietnamese government said Tuesday. Matti Vanhanen will meet his Vietnamese counterpart Nguyen Tan Dung in Hanoi, and will attend the Vietnam-Finland Business Forum in Ho Chi Minh City during the visit, the government said in a statement. Finland has so far provided $400 million worth of development aid to Vietnam, it said.
