Vietnam's Bank for Investment, South Korea Exim Bank Sign PactHANOI -(Dow Jones)- The Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam said Thursday it has signed an agreement with the Export-Import Bank of Korea to cooperate in financing trade between Vietnam and South Korea.
