We operate women’s apparel specialty stores, principally under the names “dressbarn”, “dressbarn woman” and “maurices”. Since our retail business began in 1962, we have established, marketed and expanded our brands as a source of fashion and value. We offer a lifestyle-oriented, stylish, value-priced assortment of career and casual fashions tailored to our customers’ needs. As of July 28, 2007, we operated 1,428 stores in 48 states and the District of Columbia, including 617 dressbarn Combo stores (a combination of our dressbarn and dressbarn woman brands), 607 maurices stores, 161 dressbarn stores and 43 dressbarn woman stores.
