About the Holdings Summary Page

The Holdings Summary page provides a single page to review all of the aggregated Institutional and Insider stock holdings. Investor follow the number of institutional holders carefully, they want to see enough to give the stock exposure, but not so many that there is no more room for growth in numbers of institutional holders. Investors want to see Insiders buying the stock to show a personal commitment and belief in the future of the company.

Why Investors Care

Investors wish to see a net buying activity across the board. The Net Activity number on the report shows this for Institutional investors. Form 4 filed with the SEC shows the number of insider trades that took place during the last 3 months and during the last year. Form 144 filed with the SEC provides detail about the numbers of stock sales by insiders planned for the coming months.
