ZAIS Financial prices IPO at $21.25

ZAIS Financial, a mortgage REIT investing in whole loans and Agency and non-Agency RMBS, raised $120 million by offering 5.7 million shares at $21.25, as expected. ZAIS Financial plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol ZFC. Deutsche Bank, Citi, Barclays and Credit Suisse acted as joint bookrunners on the deal.
