Yum director buys 20,000 shares

Bobby Raines 10/14/2013

Robert Walter, a member of the board of directors at Yum Brands ( YUM ) , bought 20,000 shares of the company's common stock on Oct. 10. At $66.09 per share, Walter paid a total of $1,321,716.

IK-> The technicals for YUM ($66.99 down $0.01) are bearish with an upward trend. Recent support has been around $65.04 and recent resistance has been near $71.88. Standard & Poor's has a three STARs (out of five) rating on the stock. Look at the Jan. 57.50/60 bull-put spread for a 30-cent credit. That's a 13.64% return and the stock has to fall 13.64% to cause a problem.  [InvestorsKeyhole, Various news and data services]
