Geoffrey Donaker, the COO of Yelp ( YELP ) , sold 25,000 shares of the company's common stock on April 10. At $68.65 per share, Donaker pulled in a total of $1,744,826 from the sale.

IK-> The technicals for YELP ($58.96 down $3.05) are bearish with a downward trend. The stock is below recent support and recent resistance has been near $71.25. Standard & Poor's does not follow the stock. Look at the May 80/85 bear-call spread for a 25-cent credit. That's an 5.3% return and the stock has to rise 35.7% to cause a problem.  [InvestorsKeyhole, Various news and data services]
