W&T Offshore Prices Upsized Notes Offering; Shares Flat Late

Oil and natural gas producer W&T Offshore, Inc. ( WTI ) has priced $300 million aggregate principal amount of 8.5% senior notes due 2019 , which was increased from the previously announced $250 million offering size.

The Notes will be issued under an indenture pursuant to which W&T Offshore initially issued $600 million principal amount of its 8.5% senior notes due 2019 on June 10, 2011, at 106.0% of par value, providing a yield to worst of 6.963%, and will mature on June 15, 2019.

WTI shares are flat at $19.39 in late trade, and are in a 52-week range of $13.18 - $27.40.
