Working for Ray Dalio's Bridgewater Just Got More Unusual

Ray Dalio , who runs the world's largest hedge fund, Bridgewater Associates, based on his self-penned handbook, "Principles," and an atmosphere of "radical transparency," is introducing a new iPad app to keep better track of his employees. The new "baseball card" app contains the stats on the strengths and weaknesses, performance and fit into the firm's culture of each of its over 1,000 employees. Management is working on an early version of the app, which will work on in-house iPads only.
