Wood products and building materials company Boise Cascade files for a $200 million IPO

Boise Cascade, a diversified North American wood products and building materials company, filed on Thursday with the SEC to raise up to $200 million in an initial public offering. The Boise, ID-based company, which was founded in 1957 and booked $2.6 billion in sales for the 12 months ended 9/30/2012, plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol BCC. BofA Merrill Lynch and Goldman Sachs are the joint bookrunners on the deal. No pricing terms were disclosed.
