Wix.com prices IPO at $16.50, the high end of the range

Wix.com, a freemium provider of web presence solutions to small businesses globally, raised $127 million by offering 7.7 million shares (29% insider) at $16.50, the high end of the range of $14.50 to $16.50. Wix.com plans to list on the NASDAQ under the symbol WIX. Wix.com initially filed confidentially on 5/30/2013. J.P. Morgan, BofA Merrill Lynch and RBC Capital Markets acted as lead managers on the deal.
