Wednesday's ETF with Unusual Volume: EMLP

The First Trust North American Energy Infrastructure Fund ETF ( EMLP ) is seeing unusually high volume in afternoon trading Wednesday, with over 496,000 shares traded versus three month average volume of about 141,000. Shares of EMLP were up about 0.2% on the day.

Components of that ETF with the highest volume on Wednesday were Kinder Morgan ( KMI ), trading up about 1.1% with over 3.0 million shares changing hands so far this session, and Public Service Enterprise Group ( PEG ), off about 0.8% on volume of over 1.8 million shares. NRG Yield ( NYLD ) is the component faring the best Wednesday, higher by about 5.1% on the day, while Laclede Group ( LG ) is lagging other components of the First Trust North American Energy Infrastructure Fund ETF, trading lower by about 2.5%.
