Wednesday Sector Laggards: Drugs, Biotechnology Stocks

In trading on Wednesday, drugs shares were relative laggards, down on the day by about 0.7%. Helping drag down the group were shares of Lannett ( LCI ), down about 15.3% and shares of Immunocellular Therapeutics ( IMUC ) off about 8.3% on the day.

Also lagging the market Wednesday are biotechnology shares, down on the day by about 0.7% as a group, led down by Venaxis ( APPY ), trading lower by about 7.2% and Neuralstem ( CUR ), trading lower by about 6.7%.
