Wall Street closes on green; S&P hits 5-year high

FXstreet.com (San Francisco) - The US stocks market finished the day with gains recovering from Wednesday loses and posting the third day of gains this week. The S&P hit 5-year high. Investors are looking toward corporate earnings.

The Dow Jones advanced 80.71 points or 0.60% to close at 13,471.22. The S&P 500 added 11.10 points or 0.76% to finish at 1,472.12. And the Nasdaq Composite gained 15.95 points or 0.51% to end the day at 3,121.76.
