Traders are dealing with the news from China and today's
job's outlook in a surprisingly positive way. Prices are flat
and volume is light so we don't expect major shifts in the
market until next week but a break out to the upside could be
coming in the near term. In today's Ask the Expert we will

would cause a leveraged ETF to outperform its index when we
