Alfred Kelly, who sits on the board of directors at Visa ( V ) , bought 1,575 shares of the company's common stock on March 17. At $222.70 per share, Kelly paid a total of $350,753 per share.

IK-> The technicals for V ($226.23 down $0.18) are bullish with an upward trend. Recent support has been around $220.77 and recent resistance has been around $227.18. Standard & Poor's has a three STARs (out of five) rating on the stock. Look at the June 185/190 bull-put spread for a 30-cent credit. That's a 6.4% return and the stock has to fall 16.0% to cause a problem.  [InvestorsKeyhole, Various news and data services]
