Vicor Launches Mod. Dutch Auction Tender Offer To Buy Back Up To $10 Mln Shares

(RTTNews.com) - Vicor Corp. ( VICR ) said Thursday it is commencing a "Modified Dutch Auction" tender offer to repurchase shares of its Common Stock, at a price no greater than $5.00 per share and no less than $4.00 per share, valued in aggregate up to $10 million, as announced on March 18.

The tender offer is scheduled to expire, unless extended by the company on Monday, April 22.

The company will fund the purcase of tendered shares from cash on hand.
