USA Compression Partners prices upsized IPO at $18, below the range

USA Compression Partners, a limited partnership providing natural gas compression services in the US, raised $198 million by offering 11.0 million units at $18. The company had planned to offer 10 million units at a range of $19 to $21. USA Compression Partners, LP will list on the NYSE under the symbol USAC. Barclays, Goldman Sachs, J.P. Morgan and Wells Fargo acted as joint bookrunners on the deal.
