U.S. stock futures are higher Tuesday as investors digest another round of earnings while awaiting the latest batch of economic data. Already released pre-bell was the Case-Shiller home price composite for May, while consumer confidence index for May is on tap.

The Case-Shiller 20-city home-price composite for May showed home prices surged 2.4% in May, taking the YOY gains to 12.2%. The consumer-confidence index will be released at 10 a.m. ET. According to MarketWatch, economists are forecasting a slight fall to 81.1 from 81.4 in June. The May consumer confidence was at a five-year high.

Earnings highlights from the pre-market and after-hours session include Pfizer's ( PFE ) results, which just beat expectations; Aetna ( AET ) also topped forecasts and raised its full-year earnings expectations, and Herbalife's ( HLF ) better-than-expected earnings and hiked guidance.
