U.S. HOT STOCK FUTURES: HOT STOCKS TO WATCH

Among the companies with shares expected to actively trade in Monday's session is SciClone Pharmaceuticals Inc. ( SCLN ).

SciClone said it will restate its financial statements for certain periods in 2012 and 2011 due mainly to accounting errors at a Chinese subsidiary. The restatement is expected to increase the company's 2012 revenue and earnings and decrease that of 2011. SciClone's shares slid 2.5% to $4.70 after hours Friday.

Watchlist:

Apple Inc. ( AAPL ) said it would pull a contested proposal from its shareholder meeting next Wednesday, after a federal judge granted a bid by Greenlight Capital Inc. to block a vote on the measure.

Herbalife Ltd. ( HLF ) is voluntarily recalling certain lots of its nutritional shake mix packets because the products may contain unanticipated traces of milk proteins.

Microsoft Corp. ( MSFT ) said Friday it was hit by cyberattacks similar to those recently reported by Facebook Inc. (FB) and Apple Inc. ( AAPL ).
