US futures are just in the green so far in Tuesday's pre-market session as investors wind down ahead of Thursday's Thanksgiving holiday.

On the docket today, the U.S. Census Bureau released data at 8:30 a.m. ET, which showed October building permits rose 6.2%. The Case-Shiller index of house prices in 20 cities is due out at 9 a.m. ET. The Conference Board will put out its monthly consumer confidence report at 10 a.m. ET.

In equities, Camtek Ltd. ( CAMT ) is up 43%, adding to 72% gains made in yesterday's regular session on increasing speculation the company is close to a commercial launch for its DMD printer - a first-of-its-kind 3D printer producing printed circuit boards.

Also seeing momentum this morning is Jos A. Bank Clothiers ( JOSB ), after rival Men's Wearhouse ( MW ) turned the tables on the company, offering to buy it for $55 a share, just weeks after JOSB dropped its $48 bid for MW.

In the red this morning is Take-Two Interactive ( TTWO ), which has disclosed that it has purchased all of the Icahn Group's stock at Monday's closing price of $16.93 per share.
