URSA Major Inks Business Combination Deal with Prophecy Platinum; URSA Positive But Prophecy in the Red

Ursa Major Minerals Incorporated (UMJ.TO) today announced that it has signed a definitive agreement with Prophecy Platinum Corp. (NKL.V) in connection with the business combination.

Prophecy has agreed to issue one common share for each 25 common shares of Ursa held. The transaction is subject to customary conditions, including receipt of regulatory, shareholder and court approvals.

UMJ is now higher by 5% at $0.115 with about 25,000 shares changing hands. NKL, however, is in the red at $3.06 with volumes of more than 26,000 shares.
